- Experience serving civil legal documents
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check as part of contractor screening, where permitted by law
- Reliable smartphone with camera and GPS capabilities
- Access to a computer and printer/scanner for service documents and affidavits
- Clear, timely attempt notes and status updates
- Ability to provide GPS-supported photographs when required
- Professional communication and respect for client instructions
- Compliance with applicable state and local service requirements
Assignment Expectations
- Follow case-specific instructions and applicable laws
- Make service attempts at varied, appropriate times when requested
- Use designated mobile reporting tools when required
- Document attempts accurately and promptly
- Return completed affidavits and service documentation on time
- Protect confidential case and client information
